• Engaged with visitors in a professional and friendly manner, encouraging donations and furthering awareness of Gift Aid to help meet the museum’s fundraising targets.• Provided visitors with meaningful recommendations about the museum’s collections. • Entered visitor data accurately and securely into the museum’s digital system.• Increased awareness of the museum's charitable status.

• Interviewed data stewards about their experiences with open research and wrote case studies around their responses.• Analysed survey data and created a series of infographics that summarised key outcomes.• Presented the final project report alongside policy recommendations to Wellcome's Open Research team.

• Processed applications, enrolments, and financial support during in-person and telephone meetings with students and parents.• Maintained digital and paper-based records in accordance with data protection and audit requirements.• Invigilated assessments, providing technical support to entrants when necessary.• Undertook additional ad-hoc administrative duties to support the Student Services department.

• Performed extensive laboratory work including: confocal and stereo microscopy, electrotransformation, plasmid extraction, gel electrophoresis, and PCR. • Wrote a detailed report on my research into H+-PPase distribution patterns, which I later presented at the Nuffield Celebration Event.
