Harris' prestigious Finance/Accounting Rotational Program is to assist high potential, early and mid-career Finance and Accounting professionals in developing the knowledge, skills and experience that will prepare them for future leadership positions in the company-wide Finance organization. The two year program consists of four 6-month domestic and international rotation assignments across Harris' Business Units and Corporate Headquarters that focus on experiential development of key financial skills and greater knowledge of Harris’ businesses and processes.During this 2-year rotation, held brief 6-month positions as Financial Revenue Analyst, Accountant, Financial Planning Analyst and Financial Analyst in Global Shared Services role.

* Managed and handled financial responsibilities of the Civil Business Area Enterprise, with total annual revenue of $120 million ($80 million for Civilian Agencies and $40 million for Department of State Enterprise) and a staff of 5 employees.* Provided Civil Product Line (PL) level support to Director, Business Operations Managers, and Business Area Analyst with respect to financials and financial reporting, including Operations Reviews, Program Management Review support, New Business Reviews, other PL Director needs, period end revenue analysis, variance reporting, and DCAA Audits.* Provided PL oversight for forecasts related to Sales, Profit, and Investment to be submitted to the Business Area on a monthly basis and if variances occur, work close with Program Financial Analysts to ensure forecasts are within a +/- 10% accuracy for Financial Forecast Manager reporting.
