Worked on 3 different assembly lines to package n pack product for shippingPromoted to Shift Supervisor within 6 months, followed the orders for the day, handed in paperwork after each order was done. Repetitively put empty pallets on rollers to build 3 layers of chips, each layer would contain 32 bags to 46 bags depending on the flavour and with teamwork we filled up to 270 skids of family size from 530 grams to 1100 grams. Repetitively and effectively called across the floor to communicate with other workers and forklift drivers on what we needed on the assembly line before completely running out. Repetitively built cardboard and layered it up. On the assembly line where the 28grams variety packs were made, filled hoppers with different flavour as well as documenting the product code, time of each new skid got started and expire date of chipsWith teamwork we filled 56 skids, each skid contained 36 boxes, each box had 6 or 8 bags in a box depending on flavour of the orderChecking weight on scale every half hour and documenting itSetting the ink jet to the correct expiration date on each date change and day of the week.
