Conducted research on employee survey and subsequently analyzed survey data and organized findings. Designed materials assisting managers with interview conduct and training. Created materials outlining benefit programs and employee development programs. Updated company Intranet page.

Designed onboarding presentation material and employee career path documents. Reviewed resumes, scheduled screenings, and conducted applicant reference checks. Digitized new hire documents, maintained company social media pages and data for employee recognition program.

Worked with UGA Panhellenic and the national branch of Sigma Delta Tau to oversee my chapter’s participation in the UGA Panhellenic Recruitment process. Designed and maintained my chapter’s website. Directed a digital marketing campaign for my chapter.

Oversaw my sorority’s fall philanthropy event, SDT Greek Grind, which raised over $100,000 for Prevent Child Abuse America, and planned my sorority’s spring philanthropy event, Eat Your Heart Out, which raised almost $10,000 for the Boys and Girls Club of Athens.

Trained and managed an international team of 11 staff members, supervised approximately 40 campers aged 8-9 to ensure their safety and wellbeing, and maintained communication between campers, staff, camp directors, and parents.
