I’m responsible of a team composed by ten analytical and synthetic chemists. The activity of the team focuses on the development of manufacturing processes and analytical methods for new generic APIs; process improvement programs, activities related to answers to deficiency letters; support in investigations on OOS and troubleshooting.

I was in charge of new route scouting for generic API production, on the basis of the available patent literature.

As a team leader, I was responsible of assuring the progress of discovery projects, of writing chemistry plans according to biological and ADME-PK data and of maintaining the contact with our clients by teleconferences (WebEX), face to face meetings and detailed written reports.In 2008 I attended the “Project management course” held by the MIP School of management.
