●Responsible for accompaniment of groups of 25-36 international guests during seven-day cruises through Croatian islands and coast● Ensuring the comfort of guests, adding value to their trip, providing presentation of destinations and tourist information, organizing the daily schedule, communicating with service providers, working together with crew, managing issues and incidents, selling and promoting excursions, processing all guest check-ins and check-outs, running daily reports, answering and processing guest questions and requests●This internship gave me the opportunity to gain confidence, improve communication, problem-solving, soft and leadership skills, enhance ability to work under pressure.
