• Manage and provide direct support to a team of clinical and non-clinical staff members.• Responsible for the overall, daily management of the utilization management operations and business processes for Commercial Products.• Daily detailed monitoring of end to end case review process to identify and intervene timely on cases at risk for inconsistencies, inaccurate decision making and/or non-compliance.• Monitor quality and production standards by the interpretation of data and metrics associated with production turnaround times. • 
Manage team-specific and departmental projects assigned by the department leadership team.• 
Support compliance across several lines of business by providing cross coverage for other department teams.
