Member of small project team who was responsible for the design and implementation of the new Early Help service for Hammersmith and Fulham for children and young people aged 0-19 and their families. This involved a significant project focused on savings efficiencies and service re-design affecting over 150 staff and over £3.5 million pounds. My key responsibilities during this time included• Developing and promoting best practice for” team around” practice including strength based, whole family approach and use of evidence based practice in casework and interventions.• Lead on the implementation of the Family and Teen Star as an outcome measurement tool for practitioners • Facilitation of staff engagement activities around change process including staff workshops and ongoing communications • Contribution to systems and processes for case recording, service criteria, casework transition into new service, job specification and ensuring ongoing “ business as usual “ including management of risk during significant period of transition and change. • Member of the management interview team for social work and family practitioner staff • Contribution to the development and implementation of step up and step down processes between children’s social care and Early Help • Establishment and maintenance of key partnership relationships including children’s social care, children’s centres and health including the development and implementation of a specialist health visitor post within Early Help. • Successful appointment to one of the three new Team Leader posts within the Early Help service and member of the senior leadership team.
