I place emphasis on evidence-based decision making and it is important to me that I’m proud of who I work for, what they do and the values that guide how they do it. I have an international background having lived and/or worked in Zambia, Nigeria, Russia, Portugal, the Caribbean, Australia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda, UAE, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Brunei and Vietnam. I’m best known by those that have worked with me for marrying technical expertise with a knack for championing people, growing talent inclusively and equitably, and seeing individuals and organizations succeed.
