As the Customer Experience Manager I'm working closely with the business strategy from a customer perspective. This means I have a holistic view of all the touchpoints of the customer journey – physical, digital and communicative. I work strategically and operationally based on the interpretation and analysis of data, manage marketing technologies, organizational processes, CRM-system and automated flows linked to customer and purchase journeys. In addition to this, I'm project leading efforts to maintain and nurture customer loyalty (both online and physical retail), managing and developing our customer loyalty program, and leading a cross-functional team to execute marketing efforts.

Producing, editing and managing all web text for a Customer Care Help Center. Organizing and leading workshops with 40+ people. Daily tasks include managing customer orders and logistics, with active use of order management system and order database. Providing excellent service and support to B2C customers primarily through email, telephone, live chat and social media. Handling daily communications internally and externally with logistics and shipping companies.
