Duties and Responsibilities:• Management and ownership of incident tickets related to OBIEE applications• Taking ownership of operational issues and perform both short-term resolution, and development of preventive measures for the longer term• Proactively monitoring system health and respond to alerts to provide high availability and performance of the application including scheduling control and scripting.• Identifying potential threats and mitigate risks, act as a guardian of production services and change procedures are followed• Offering consultancy and hands-on support for the transition of new services into the production environment• Contributing and delivering Operational improvement projects• Attend escalation meetings for critical/escalated issues• Initiate problem management process in order to drive down recurring incidents or minimize the impact of any potential outage

Duties and Responsibilities:• Develops, implements and supports system based on business requirements• Liaise with Business Stakeholders and analyze Business Requirements Documents to identify configuration solutions considering all databases, applications and system affected and provide expertise, and seek clarification on Business Requirements where required.• Build, test and document specifications for configuration system changes.• Implement configuration changes into the Development, UAT and Production environments via database scripting.• Conducts functional system testing to ensure usability and adherence to technical specifications.• Logging and accessing configuration solutions within the JIRA database and thoroughly documenting the status of all client liaisons and communications.• SQL query writing to support analysis and implementation tasks.
