Anna joined Hewlett Packard in October 2014 as an Oracle Business Intelligence Consultant for Store Execution Reporting (SER) Team. Her role was to provide management and ownership of operational issues related to Oracle Business Intelligence applications. She was responsible for proactively monitoring system health and respond to alerts to provide high availability and performance of the application including scheduling control and scripting.After 2 years, she was assigned as an SQL Database Administrator. Her role was to manage SQL server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to production systems. She has in-depth knowledge on maintaining database servers and processes, including monitoring system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability and security.Before joining HP Anna worked as a System Configuration Analyst in Towers Watson Global Business Services, Inc. a global multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company. Her main role was to provide ongoing support in the development of solutions to solve clients’ Human Resources needs.
