I worked as AIRPORT CHECK-IN STAFF at Alitalia Airlines on a part-time basis.3 x times a week of an evening. Minimum of 5 hours a Shift.In the event of aircraft delays some shifts turned into 26 hour shifts. Work at the airport consisted of Checking in passengers for their flights, assisting with embarking and disembarking passengers, assisting clients with lost luggage & completing reports. Assisting management with re-booking clients (reservations ) for onward flights in the event of a delay, assisted with looking after passengers being transported to hotels in the event of a cancellation of a flight or if the aircraft did not make Sydney curfew.
