All management and financial accounting and reporting of assigned Real Estate investment companies:Timely and accurate preparation of the periodic management accounts for the companies under control; Analyzing management accounts, cash flow statements and bank balances.Coordination of the preparation and audit of annual financial statements for the Dutch companies, including: Preparing and reviewing the audit pack for each of the companies; Preparing and reviewing the draft financial statements and supporting working papers, for each of the companies, ensuring they are correctly prepared under IFRS (or local GAAP, if required); Managing the local audit process and resolving audit queries to ensure that audits are completed on time and within budget, with minimal issues or adjustments; Ensure a comprehensive and complete audit file is maintained.Responsible for analyzing and review of companies and Properties actual performance against budget. Discussing analysis with Asset Managers and Property Managers and fostering active performance increases of the respective companies and properties.Managing the preparation of local VAT returns, ensuring their accurate and timely submission and providing technical guidance as required.Managing the preparation of local corporation tax estimates for financial statement purposes, and of returns, by local advisors, ensuring their accurate and timely submission. This includes ensuring that analysis required by advisors for tax reporting purposes are prepared on a timely and accurate basis.Identifying and recommending possible process and control improvements, which promote greater efficiency and/or accuracy, on an on-going basis.

Administration of Real Estate investment vehicles with a team of junior acountants, including but not limited to: Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for the fund accounting team, including analysis on quarterly variances as well as cash flow and working capital reports; Facilitation of Property Managers' monthly uploads into the accounting software, accompanied with relevant controls; Preparation of VAT and CIT filings in collaboration with external advisers; Coordination of Statutory and group audits with independent auditors, leading up to preparation of financial statements according to the Dutch GAAP.
