My role as project administrator requires me to have a timely, attention to detail approach in everything that I do. I play a key part in the project team, helping to ensure that projects are rolled out to the highest standard and on time, whilst also building positive client relations with those in the luxury beauty market.My role is highly dynamic and requires me to endure in a range of tasks such as project briefing with both the clients and the wider project team, the coordination of different aspects of projects for example fabrication and instillation and input of key data into spreadsheets and company MIS Systems.The job requires me to be a willing, trustworthy and strong communicating team member in every aspect of the role.

My role as a warehouse team member requires me to work in a fast paced environment safely as part of a larger team, surrounded by large automated machinery. As part of my role I regularly interact with a variety of stakeholders including shift managers, site managers, trailer drivers and site visitors. Clear and effective communication is essential within my role to ensure the highest levels of safety are upheld, and to ensure the successful running of the shift too. The job is target based, meaning that a successful shift requires a constant high work rate in order to ensure that shift targets are met. The role requires me to be flexible and skilled at a wide variety of roles within the warehouse so that I am able to undertake a range of job roles within the building, and be responsible for the safe and successful distribution and delivery of customer parcels and mail.

As a Global Opportunities Student Ambassador my role was to promote the University of Liverpool's global opportunities to current students. For example, during my time studying abroad in Australia, I took over the official @livuni Instagram page to provide students with an insight into a typical 'day in the life' of a student studying abroad. Consequently, the global opportunities team saw an increase in global opportunity applications, with some students referencing to my @livuni the Instagram takeover within their applications. On campus in Liverpool, my role as an ambassador required me to answer questions from students surrounding a variety of global opportunities topics such as where to study abroad, how to apply, and what to expect whilst studying abroad both on a student helpdesk, and also through scheduled appointments with students who wished for extra advice and support. Lastly, my role acted as a point of call for inbound international students studying at the University of Liverpool who may want to know more about the university, the city or who just want to connect with local Liverpool students on campus too.

It was imperative that I communicated well with both my co-workers and customers to ensure a smooth running of the Bakery and to maintain a strong relationship with a variety of stakeholders.
