An experienced engineering and programme lead, I have a proven track record of delivering large and complex integrated systems on time and to budget. I have worked on a variety of large projects for a range of customers including government agencies, public utilities and commercial organisations. Common to each was the need to manage and motivate geographically dispersed multi-disciplinary teams toward critical milestones with a high degree of public visibility. From these roles I have gained the skills and experience required to combine strategic thinking with the attention to detail needed to successfully manage these types of project from concept to operation. I am able to balance input from multiple stakeholders to ensure the right outcome whilst maintaining good inter-team relationships. Since many of these programmes have been either safety critical, as with air traffic control systems, or time critical, as with the UK Census programme, I am experienced in assessing and managing risk.I am now branching out into smallholding.
