✔I have 20 years of experience in direct contact with customers, which in a gradual growth path has seen me as Sales Assistant at the Italian level, Coordinator of After-Sales Services in the MED Area, up to following all the sales and renewals of the services themselves thanks to the recruitment, training and management of a team of over 20 people across Europe.✔ I created the operational management processes of new services from scratch and participated in projects with the aim of creating harmonized processes, consolidating the various existing ones, introducing new technologies, but also developing partnerships and effective communication channels between all stakeholders.
