I mainly worked with a project in the Energy Corridor in Houston, a city with a population of 6 M people. The development; an office building of 320 000 sq ft (30 000 sq m) and a garage bigger than the office building. Houston has no zoning and the city is mainly driven by the oil and gas industry, it's a different market compared to Sweden which was an interesting and instructive experience.
