I have worked at Hallmark for over 19 years - 14 of those as a people manager and over the last 2 years I have taken on the role of MDM Manager - Master Data Management within our Shared Service Centre, giving me the experience to be a fantastic people manager, a great problem solver and able to adapt and communicate at all levels. More recently having great opportunities to be involved and implement business critical projects, onboarding new customers and services working closely with core and head office systems. As the role developed throughout 2021 I have supported our international customers in Australia and Continental Europe.I am currently responsible for driving and progressing improvements both within the department and across the organisation, as well as meeting or exceeding the relevant departmental & international business KPIs, ensuring my team are within SLA alongside the CDP. As a manager of a team of MDM controllers I am responsible and strive to motivate, support and develop my direct reports, I strive to see the best in people, I am personable and work closely with my team to ensure we get the best out of each other and in-turn the job done for our customers.
