Co-ordinating initiatives for members of the Council who have retired from their professional positions or are nearing retirement. This assembly’s purpose is to provide opportunity for its members to continue their activities and associations in the Council, provide information about council matters, and contribute to the furtherance of the Council’s welfare.

Attend board meeting and steering committee meetings to assure that issues of leadership are addressed in Secondary Section presentations and that educators interested in improving their leadership skills learn benefits of members in the Council on English Leadership.
