- Implemented learning value chain in Organization.- Collaborate with Head of Academy and other parties to ensure learning system in Organization.- Ensure the development of Curriculum for related particular Corporate University Academies- Develop strategic plan to ensure that both learning program & learning course are able to execute- Provide applicable learning solution of learning in order to improve business performance- Ensure good quality of learning material are developed and well designed- Ensure the achievement of learning purpose by developed the learning measurement framework.

- Guarantee effective consultative service & facilitation activity for L&D issues- Monitor & maintain effective communication & information flow between BU/Div and internal departments- Ensure excellence operational process and service for all stakeholders.- Improve L&D process in solving, preventing, and reducing number of complaint from BCLD's Customer

- Coordinate operational training and development programs for corporate area.- Monitoring delivery process of curriculum, tools and resources- Organize the development program delivery for each Divisions in corporate area.- Analyzing the organization resources to ensure that learning and development resources exist or are developed to support learning needs based upon projected competencies, organizational changes, and other external factors
