During my time on this position I helped to streamline operations by implementing sustainable routines, developing competent staff and creating a good customer environment with frequently returning visitors. In my role as HR Director, I was responsible for 4 departments with a total of 85 employees. Main tasks: Strategic HR, productivity and profitability analysis, recruitment, staff development, scheduling, work environment, staff evaluation and guidance.I was assigned this role when the store was reopened after a renovation. Together with the Store Director I formed and shaped the business teams and routines from the start. In parallel with my HR role, I was responsible for running the daily business of the store.

During my time, the Women's Department made sales records on several occasions during both 2014 and 2015.

Responsible for the implementation of the RFID system in Zaras 4 stores in Stockholm. Which includes technical installation and training of staff as well as follow-up and support.Spent a month at Inditex Headquarters in Coruna for RFID training. I performed a successful implementation of the system in all of Stockholm's stores. The system paved the way for new successful working methods and routines still used today.
