We tried our best to contact some manufacturers to find suitable suppliers and started designing our first season products.However, in the process of actual operation, we encountered one problem after another. First of all, we didn't have enough money to promote our brand and products. We tried to promote through social media, but due to the fierce competition, our brand did not get enough exposure in the market.Secondly, we made some mistakes in product design. We pursued uniqueness and personalization too much, but ignored the market demand. Our designers spent a lot of time and energy in the creation process, but the products were not loved by consumers.Also, we didn't have a good sales channel.
