We found a suitable store in the area, and after careful planning and preparation, we finally opened our first clothing store in the city of Rome, which is full of history and culture.In order to open the market as soon as possible, we decided to design unique clothing styles inspired by the local fashion culture. Li Siyu specializes in design and planning, while I am in charge of marketing and sales. We worked closely together with a clear division of labor and achieved great results in running the company.Over time, our clothing store gradually gained a good reputation and market recognition in the city of Rome. We gradually built up a certain degree of popularity among both locals and tourists. We have also started to expand our online sales channels to promote our customized clothing pieces to the global market.In the course of running our company, we encountered various challenges and difficulties, but through mutual trust and cooperation, we successfully overcame them and achieved remarkable results. I worked with the data science team to develop a suite of risk management models to help analyze and assess investment risk. We also introduced advanced risk management software to improve the efficiency of risk identification and monitoring.During the years I have been on board, Ares Capital Management has seen rapid growth across its businesses. We love the fashion industry and are passionate about design and sales.After graduation, instead of choosing to look for a job, we decided to devote all our time and energy to our entrepreneurial project. We tried our best to contact some manufacturers to find suitable suppliers and started designing our first season products.However, in the process of actual operation, we encountered one problem after another. First of all, we didn't have enough money to promote our brand and products. We tried to promote through social media, but due to the fierce competition, our brand did not get enough exposure in the market.Secondly, we made some mistakes in product design. We pursued uniqueness and personalization too much, but ignored the market demand. Our designers spent a lot of time and energy in the creation process, but the products were not loved by consumers.Also, we didn't have a good sales channel. We tried to attract more customers by opening offline stores, but due to our inexperience, the locations we chose for our stores were not ideal. Our stores did not attract enough customers, resulting in sales that never took off.After a year of hard work, our brand, Red Bean Women's Clothing, was not the success we had hoped for.
