Develop, deliver and maintain standardized full-cycle recruiting processes and tools to ensure best practice and consistency.•Lead, manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners.•Assess and strategically source for critical pipeline positions including workforce planning, internal talent leverage, passive candidate acquisition, continuous sourcing, and onboarding.•Identify and drive continuous improvement to ensure speed while maintaining quality. Includes current trends in talent landscape, recruiting methodologies and tactics.•Make data-based decisions that result in positive outcomes for the business.•Ensure a candidate-centric approach that is aligned with both the needs of the candidate and our brand promise.•Develop and deliver tools and training to ensure hiring managers understand and are effective users of best practices in candidate interviewing and evaluation.•Manage the third party recruiting and staffing services.•Develops and implements strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.•Acts as the main point of contact for any process improvements, client communications and/or escalations•Develops, monitors and maintains recruiting metrics and analytics (KPI's, SLA's) that provide insight and drive decision, including time to fill (TTF), time to offer (TTO), hiring manager interview to offer ratios (HMIV), aging, cost per hire, candidate and hiring leader satisfaction surveys, recruiter productivity/scorecard, source of candidate hire among others.
