I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. I had spent 2 semesters as a clinical intern working with client’s with speech and behavioral deficits. I had obtained several clinical hours to advance my knowledge in the field. In 2023, I graduated from Ball State University with a Master’s degree under Applied Behavior Analysis. I have currently been working as a Registered Behavioral Technician for over 3 years, and recently received a promotion as Center Supervisor. This has opened the door for me to continue gaining knowledge in the field of ABA as well as passing on my knowledge to upcoming and current behavioral technicians who are working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In addition to my position as Center Supervisor, I have trained several BTs ensuring they are knowledgeable and confident to provide quality services. I thoroughly enjoy the clinical and administrative side of ABA. I am open to either path in which I can grow my career and advocate for employees to ensure a healthy positive work environment.
