receiving and issuing of materials through computerized Material control System (MatMan), creating Field Purchase Action Requests, Item codes for material purchase, running MatMan reports to supply current material status, performing of Material Receiving reports, assisting in inventory audits, making Overage, Shortage and/or Damage reports

working closely with clients to identify and plan transport requirements, as site’s single point of contact, managing all site originated transport requests, arranging for urgent site origin transport, developing weekly transport forecasts, collecting and review vendor JSA’s on a daily basis, liaise with ENL/Fluor site HSE staff to insure vendors satisfy.

making of daily reports, material shipping records, overage shortage damage reports, inspections and inventory of equipment/materials, reception of cargo, coordination of trucks movement, planning of work, material preparation for re-export, data base entry and control, packing list preparation

making of daily and social-economic reports, coordination of drivers, preparing of vacation schedule, time sheets for employees and equipment, accommodation, registration of foreigners, verbal and written translation in the office and on site, work permits for HSE
