Currently, I focus on stream and wetland issues including delineations, as well as rare, threatened, and endangered species permitting and habitat assessments. I specialize in GIS Analysis, and CWA (Section 404) permitting with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, United States Environmental Protection Agency, United States Fish and Wildlife Service and various State Regulatory Agencies. I manage and oversee projects and data from delineation to completion.

I was the adjunct instructor for Biology for Non-Majors Course for the Fall 2013, Spring 2014, and Fall 2014 semesters at Fairmont State University. I also taught the associated laboratory course for the Spring 2014 semester. I was solely in charge of lesson plans, exams, quizzes, and assignments for all students. I strove to actively engage students in learning about how their body and the world around them functions.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

As a graduate assistant I monitored and analyzed a Gopher Tortoise population for three years on converted pasture in Florida, including directing field crews for data collection. I utilized radiography practices, permanent marking techniques as well as telemetry to follow individual tortoises. I also conducted general burrow and hatchling surveys. I performed extensive vegetation surveys, including identification of native and invasive species as well as nitrogen content analysis of thirteen herbaceous species within my study site.I conducted statistical analyses on all data collected, including analyses of variance, simple and multiple correlation and regressions, significance and power tests, in addition to tests of normality. Which allowed me to successfully completed an extensive written thesis, including data analyses and explanations.
