Responsible for developing and implementing an Internal Communication strategy that supports the wider business goals, setting out M.A.G's approach to corporate and local communications, employee engagement and channel delivery. Work with the executive team to develop clear and powerful messages which support the Vision, Goals and Values and help to drive a high performance culture.Accountable for the successful implementation of an ambitious engagement strategy for M.A.G including the execution of the annual Employee Opinion Survey and subsequent action planning. Responsible for message delivery through the formal communication channels within M.A.G., ensuring that the channel strategy is compelling and makes the best use of innovation for the organisation's colleague mix. Work with the Organisation Design Team to improve the quality of line manager communications, developing initiatives to encourage two-way communications and build trust within teams.Continually review the impact of the communication strategy to ensure that it evolves to meet the needs of a changing business. Act as a specialist advisor to the business, helping to ensure that communications support key business change initiatives.Responsible for critical strategic communications including acquisitions, mergers and disposals, helping to support wider corporate goals. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with not only with those colleagues at a senior level, but also with key influencers who will be vital to culture change.
