Service Insight Analyst, SC&S – Secondment Responsible for conducting primary research for our People Experience Pilot Project I moved from the technical team into Insight to support a project focusing on the people experience of advisors and leaders in Sky’s contact centres Quickly adapted to the role and took ownership of the diary study we plan to conduct with advisors in order to gather data around how work at Sky fits into their personal life, including research design, project planning, data analysis, and developing insight and recommendations We aim to collect this data and run concurrent focus groups to explore their professional experience as well as understanding their personal life and experiences Joined meetings within Service Change & Support to develop a deeper understanding of different departments within SC&S, motivating me to work within SC&S. Developed my interpersonal skills within a different setting and gained an understanding of how other areas of the Sky operate beyond SC&S
