- Process documents deriving from additional vessels in the SharePoint document control system;- Set up a technical archive in the SharePoint with drawings for each additional vessel – in total over 30 vessels, over 10.000 files;- Initiated and executed of an improvement plan - update of the outdated technical drawings stored in the Digital Management System Star IPS; compared the SharePoint and the Star resources, making necessary updates of both systems;- Assistance the CMS Department by providing support to all end-users of the Fleet Services through a help desk;- Assistance the CMS Department implementing into the digital vessel management system Star IPS a library for vessels coming into management – manuals, drawings, certificates, spare parts, consumables, etc.; - Set up project e-mail subfolder, project folder, initiate project SharePoint site as applicable;- Populate project folder with draft/template project documents (planning, document matrix, risk matrix, budget sheet, etc.);- Coordinate engineering review workflow/administration;- Document control over all engineering deliverables as per existing procedure;- Initial draft and support editing project weekly/monthly report;- Supply information to internal parties as and when required;- Prepare/distribute meeting notes.
