Negotiated the acquisition and development of one of the UK’s pioneering grazing companies, and the first in Bath. I was responsible for managing team members, maintaining safety and hygiene procedures and reconcile financial accounts. Through the journey, I honed skills in product sourcing, creative branding, brand development, social media management, the setup of a new premises and fostering client relationships. Using market trends, I drove brand development creating new product ranges resulting in a 400% increase in revenue in the first 2 months post acquisition.
