My passion for introducing cutting-edge technologies helps to put enterprise customers on the path of increased competitiveness, accelerated growth, and improved compliance. Proven and results-driven, I have contributed to restoring brand loyalty in a Fortune 500 company and scaling startups leading to exit via IPO and acquisition. I've implemented growth marketing to experiment with strategy and tactics, test audiences and discover market opportunities. I consistently analyze data/metrics to optimize and scale growth. I am a team builder with a track record of inspiring independent, bright minds to collaborate in complex problem solving, delivering cross-organizational initiatives to drive revenue and optimize customer experience. How can I change the world? Being a mentor of the Rising Stars Program at Jivox, I inspire my mentees to discover their passions and impacts of their decisions. Paying it forward, I'm developing tomorrow's leaders today. To serve our community, I'm honored to join CHIEF Think Tanks and be among the 5000 most influential senior female leaders in the US to affect change, and for me, from exploring ways to scale personalization while being respectful of user privacy, to focusing on initiatives for humanizing AI. By taking part in the Expert Panel for the US Dept. of Transportation, Office of Research, Demonstration, and Innovation, I share knowledge on how industries make decisions about personalizing services using data. My passion and energy extend to endurance sports. Being an (injured) triathlete who can no longer run has been a huge setback I've worked hard to overcome. I focused on training to get back to walking, jogging, and then running, allowing me to finish the last run of my life at the Olympic Distance Triathlon National Championships. Not giving up, I raced swimming/biking at the long course Aquabike National Championships and won a spot on Team USA. I look forward to competing at the Multisport World Championships post COVID.
