- Lead Business Support services for multiple delegated business activities such as Enterprise Services, Site Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Supplier Management.- Manage Travel Team which coordinates international travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports, provides full support in visa assistance for 1000+ employees- Monitor and partner with the procurement agent at the local site contributes to manage the vendor activity (i.e. negotiations, vendor performance).- Conduct (onsite/virtual) on boarding orientation sessions for new employees and long term assignee.- Local Corporate Credit Cards management (issuing credit cards, monitoring compliance with program guidelines, providing customer service and resolving issues related to credit card usage and program policies)

- Assist customers with intermediate and advanced account-related requests/inquiries such as account inquiries, funds transfers, loan and installment payments, products or services.- Research and resolve customer service issues within given authority, acting as the liaison between the customer and other bank departments.- Comply with bank operations and security procedures in accordance with policy and standards.- Manage customer accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating customer information.
