Facilitate clear communication between clients, attorneys, and student attorneys at the Law School clinic. Interpret conversations and meetings, ensuring that all parties understand each other throughout.

Manage Summer enrollment project under limited supervision. Train and evaluate new personnel. Perform clerical duties necessary to the enrollment and placement of students. Handle telephone and email communications both in English and Spanish. Provide support to the Student Services Center as needed, among other things.

Coordinate student donation program, communicate with students and donors, keep track and stock of donated items, schedule events and coordinate delivery. Work on campus-wide residential furniture inventory project, visit each residence to inspect and label furniture. Perform a variety of office work duties.
