In 2023, we worked with 16 community neighborhoods to compost 40,000 pounds of food waste, creating 2,000 pounds of compost for the community! Our Youth 4 a Sustainable Future (Y4SF), a student-led program consisting of 15 High, Middle, and elementary schools throughout the South Bay diverted 68,050 pounds of food waste from the landfill in 2023!

Gained familiarity with the landscape industry, including water-saving systems and Hunter products. Built a memorable rapport through frequent meetings with managers, directors, and engineers. Received Hunter University Training Certifications: Core Product Specialist, Advanced Product Specialist, and Lighting Specialist. Attended workshops on Emotional Intelligence, Product Hands-On Experience, Wellness Week, Branding Yourself, Corporate Social Responsibility Community Outreach, and Transitioning to the Workforce.
