Gothia Akademi is the foremost institute for training in ICF Coaching with NLP techniques. My functions at Gothia Akademi are both as a trainer and a coach mentor. Pon Holdings, the largest privately owned company in the Netherlands, with subsidiaries all over the world. A focused expansion turned the company from being all Dutch to worldwide in a couple of decades, the growth being both organic and through acquisitions. Organized in groups where the legal entities with similar businesses are clustered. Each group has its own management structure and support functions. The Pon Equipment & Pon Power group consist of 30 companies with a total of 3 400 employees in 10 countries. My role was to coach and support the local management teams and the MD’s in achieving successful and sustained change, as well as training and developing their skills in change management. To be successful I worked very close to the daily business in order to help management translate change initiatives to real life activities. I did this through coaching, workshops, management meetings, training and whatever tools will get the local ownership in place. Every change initiative has its own characteristics and needs to be managed based on them.

Owned by the Dutch family owned Pon Holdings (www.pon.com). We are the Caterpillar dealers in Sweden, both engine and earthmoving equipment. We are approximately 500 employees in 19 locations in Sweden. I have been responsible for HR in Pon Equipment, Pon Power and Sitech Sverige AB. Management team member in all the above. The HR department holds 6 positions, from HR Advisors, Administration, to Payroll and Reception. The work is both strategic and operational with a focus on creating an organization that will in all aspects, long- and short term, be an enabler in achieving our vision and overall strategies. Many of the HR Projects that we have implemented in Sweden, have been shared as best practise in sister companies world-wide, as they have shown an increased employee satisfaction, decreased attrition rate and a strengthened HR Brand. Pon has a strong focus on Talent Management, Performance Management, and Succession Planning – in order to build an organization for the future. Alongside the responsibilities as HR Director Sweden, I have been part of the creation, development and now implementation of a new process redesign and a new ERP system for Pon’s Caterpillar dealerships in 4 countries. (2008- on-going) In 2008 Pon Holdings acquired Amring AB & Amring Versktäder AB. I was ad int HR Manager for the two companies until June 2010. My assignment was to get an alignment between Amring and Pon and facilitate the on-boarding of a dedicated HR Manager.During all my years with Pon I have been with my feet on the ground and almost diesel in my veins, if you lose contact with the daily business you will lose the ability to make a difference.

During my years with Proffice the company grew from having 350 employees in Sweden to 10.000 in the Nordic region. I took the opportunity to grow with the company. I was employed as a Recruiter with a sales budget to deliver. Thanks to overachieving, I was able to move on as manager for Recruiting in region West, Administrative manager Region West and Manager Region West. In all these positions I had close contact with our end customers and spent a lot of my time on doing business. I also took the opportunity to do some complex organizational and recruiting assignments as a consultant and thereby learning more of the reality for our employees.In my role as Manager Region West I was in the management team of Proffice Sweden.
