LQE ranking in group maintains TOP 3 and avg. score in last 6 auditsmaintains #1, Benchmarking score maintains #1 in the local market, TripAdvisor ranking was moved up to #7 from #4.▪ Review SOPs and P&Ps with department leaders on working out a new master list.Sustainability▪ Drive sustainability initiatives in supporting the team to complete SUP elimination, responsible procurement, wastemanagement, environment initiatives, colleagues engagement and community engagement activities.▪ Involved in Rooms Working Group - community engagement project to propose a new framework for the group.▪ Keep engaging hotel sustainable committee by monthly meetings to drive the result and innovate ideas.▪ Ensure the hotel sustainable records are tracked accurately and promptly on Green View portal.▪ Stay engaging with local charities in better cooperation for future community activities.
