Provision of efficient and effective administrative support service within Children’s Services: undertaking all financial transactions and maintaining substantial imprest account in line with audit and financial regulations, processing official orders and invoices, managing and appraising support staff, assisting with the general maintenance and up keep of the building, participating in multi-disciplinary working groups to develop specifications, information matrices and training programmes to facilitate computer developments within the service, ensuring good quality information and systems are in place and fully utilised by the services staff group; managing health reviews for all Looked After Children (LAC) and maintenance of LAC Register within the borough.
