Lead advocacy related projects through Purdue's Residence Hall Association. These included utilizing a $27,000 grant to distribute safe sex supplies across campus, primarily in dorms, partnering with CARE (Center for Advocacy, Response & Education) to host events, and planed RHA's annual 5K charity race.

I worked on the Quaker sales strategy team to develop a strategy for the rice snacks line to improve dollar/unit sales growth for the brand across retailers. I had to identify pain points for the brand and work cross-functionally with finance, category management, and marketing to develop a solution.

After spending three summers as a lifeguard I was asked to step into the head lifeguard role which I gladly did. I took on the responsibility of scheduling all the lifeguards to ensure the pool was fully staffed each day. I oversaw day-to-day operations in and around the pool. My goals were to ensure a safe and welcoming place for our members during the summer. This was achieved by abiding by the rules and regulations of the LaPorte County Health Department, such as daily chemical tests, greeting members, and maintaining a clean environment. I also was responsible for holding the lifeguards accountable and served as a link between the general manager and employees.
