Hired and built a best-in-class client solutions team with a support NPS score of +85 that contributed to >90% customer retention and >300% expansion within renewals. Collaborated with flight operations, engineering, and product teams to successfully scale Mavrx product delivery 10x from 2016 to 2017. Gathered 10 use cases and ROI stories for marketing collateral to drive adoption within current accounts and generate market interest in prospects. Produced written and visual content to aid in design for corporate site and Mavrx Blog. Worked with product and engineering to oversee development and release of two products: a customer demo account and profitability mapping.

Identified $10M of sales opportunity, built a leads qualification process, and hired two sales development representatives to qualify that pipeline for the sales team, resulting in $1M of sales in 2017. Architected and administrated an end-to-end Salesforce/Pardot instance for use in sales reporting and to engage with Mavrx accounts through email marketing and account activity tracking.

I facilitated high-level communication between our users, dealers, and product teams to promote 33% of Climate Pro sales for 2015 and trouble-shoot product issues. In addition, I managed a variety of projects ranging from dealer enrollment, sales training, and a complete reorganization of user data from one platform to another. I was also the point person on my team for Climate's satellite product Field Health Advisor.
