People experience me as an open and creative person who likes to be motivated and inspired during private and working life.I love new challenges, to expermient, to work with people, to communicate and to improve and inspire my environment. Hence, I enjoy my work with a perfect mixture of student and expert exchange and project work. During the last years I mainly worked on the development of rural areas with a focus on its influence on people, nature and economy. It is fascinating to see how rural and urban land changes depending on regional or global trends (like migration, globalization or climate change). I love to investigate and to understand these interrelationships and to support people and regions to face upcoming challenges. I experienced the need of social skills to moderate and communicate during stakeholders, which lead me through different trainigs during the last years.I hope I get the opportunity to gain further practical project experience in the field of land management and related disciplines. I am looking forward to contribute to efficient, innovative and sustainable solutions for current land challenges and to work in an inspiring and motivating team.Besides work I love reading, carrying out different types of hand-craft projects, cooking, hiking, skiing as well as spending time with friends and family.
