Anna is passionate about expanding the understanding of and making improvements to the human condition. She has specialized experience in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive, individualized behavioral services for young children with autism. She is determined to create strong feedback loops with clients for the purpose of co-constructing present and future working partnerships and integrating functional, sustainable repertoires for all relevant parties. Anna navigates barriers to compatibility between any organism and their environment. She spent the bulk of her graduate fieldwork bringing out the best in people in workplace contexts. From collaborating with instructors who sought more fluency in their presentation of teaching opportunities, to assisting managers in increasing compliance with pandemic protocols, she has engaged with a variety of intervention contexts. Anna has conducted needs analyses to identify root causes of performance concerns, informed the instructional design of training programs, and collaborated with a diverse range of subject matter experts to improve processes and enhance consistency in communication systems. She is a published researcher who continues to study the development and maintenance of symbiotic professional relationships and the positive impact this has on organizational outcomes. As an evergreen behavior scientist-practitioner strapped with Skinnerian optimism about what the science of behavior has to offer the world, Anna cherishes the time she spent learning and receiving feedback and guidance from some of the top contributors to the intellectual community of behavior analysis on Florida Tech's campus. Time spent there reaffirmed her trust that many out there continue to practice every dimension of ABA as outlined by Baer, Wolf, and Risley. Years spent practicing on clinic floors across several different states, problem-solving with some of the most incredible clients, caregivers, and clinicians, have heightened her confidence that there are plenty out there who agree that it is always the environment requiring change to best support any learner. Enthusiastic about options to explore novel applications across diverse populations and open to collaborating on research projects, Anna considers herself a lifelong student and is always interested in connecting with others she can learn alongside. She is especially interested in identifying opportunities to explore operant principles at all organizational levels (i.e., performer, process, systems).
