Designing and managing GGGI’s new Climate Diplomacy Program, which supports the Least Developed Countries (LDC) Group in the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) negotiations. Managing all aspects of the program from design and operationalization to outreach and resource mobilization. Roles include:· Developing a model and theory of change for GGGI’s Climate Diplomacy Program;· Serving as lead technical advisor to the LDC Group on transparency, including supporting development of the LDC Group positions on transparency and providing technical assistance during the negotiations;· Leading the policy and governance related aspects of Fiji’s Low Emission Development Strategy (LEDS) and supporting the design of the LEDS process;· Co-leading development of possible interventions related to Article 6 of the Paris Agreement;· Co-leading GGGI engagement at the UNFCCC Conference of the Parties (COP);· Leading studies on operationalizing Article 6, and capacity to implement Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and enhanced transparency frameworks within the LDC Group, designed to enable robust programmatic activities in these areas; and· Serving as a trusted advisor within GGGI on all matters related to climate negotiations and the international system to address climate change, including on the integration of climate-related elements into national programs.

Coordinated ESF-4 Fire Function for southern Louisiana in the Aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Creating and implementing short and long-term action plans to manage resources for destroyed fire districts. Provided logistical support for 1500-person National Guard camp following Hurricane Rita. Worked with incident command teams to produce incident action plans during 2002 fire season.
