My role at Qlik is to represent the voice of the users. I work with any type of user studies to reach the goal – to make the software more useful and easier to use . Amongst a wide range of studies, I have started up and and run usability benchmarks where the usability measurements are followed and compared by release, concept evaluations, used quant and qual methods to find gaps between product and user needs as well as driven the use of platform based remote usability testing, classic "diagnostic" usability testing and agile usability testing. Other examples of tools and methods I work with: the Google HEART model, tailor designed surveys, diary studies and interviews.

During my time at Sony (Sony Ericsson) I focused on all aspects of UX research - from understanding target audiences, user needs and usability studies. The daily work covered a wide range of aspects of UX and user research, e.g. usability tests, usage studies, box-opening studies, surveys, in depth interviews, ethnographic studies, diary studies, card sorting exercises, heuristic analysis, workshops and explore solutions to design problems together with the stakeholders.
