I am responsible for serving customers and doing my best to meet their needs. My role involves searching through data bases to find the customer the correct part they need for their can, and also involves fitting certain ones, as well as booking in bigger fits into the store diary. I also place orders with suppliers and communicate with other stores for products and parts, as well as chasing them up when needed and keeping in contact with the customer and keeping them informed of progress. Additionally, on my shifts, i am responsible for cashing up the tills, keeping records of stock and booking in and out orders.

Designate manager role, being assigned to struggling and under-performing stores in order to re-engage colleagues, to lead development and store improvement both culturally and with target performance.

I worked on a summer camp in the USA in summer 2014. I was responsible for looking after children who arrived on a weekly basis as well as organizing, planning and running daily activities for them.I assisted with medical checks upon arrival and kept up to date with paperwork concerning the children and the activities.I was also a qualified lifeguard at camp.
