Robertson Scholar- The Robertson Scholars Leadership Program provides eight semesters of full tuition, room and board, and most mandatory fees for Scholars at Duke and UNC-Chapel Hill. Scholars receive funding for up to three summer experiences, funding for conferences throughout the academic year, and for two semesters of study abroad. All Robertson Scholars are dual citizens of Duke and UNC-Chapel Hill. There is a focus on purposeful leadership, intellectual curiosity, strength of character, and collaborative spirit.

Advocate to state and federal congressional leaders, travel throughout Colorado and Washington D.C. to collect petitions for the United States House of Representatives and Senate bills, and volunteer at annual fundraising events including Stepping out to Cure Scleroderma, Kids Get Scleroderma Too Conference, and Food Fight. Additionally, I spoke at the Scleroderma Rocky Mountain Chapter's speaker series: Helping kids cope when a parent lives with a chronic illness. I met with the National Scleroderma fundraising team to share my story and raise funding for the national foundation and local chapters. Finally, I have advocated at Colorado's annual rare disease week for the past three years.

This Project Team is working on developing and implementing the Alcohol Use Behavioral Phenotyping Test (AUBPT). The purpose of this tool is to understand differences among drinking behaviors based on constructs like reward valuation, relative reward efficacy and proportionate reinforcement due to alcohol. The team will focus on expanding the implementation of the AUBPT app in global settings.

Member of Phi Delta Epsilon - Beta Chapter. Phi Delta Epsilon is a fraternity designed for pre-medical students.

Conduct research on the CogMAP: Chemotherapy and Cognition study aimed at improving measurement of cognitive function in breast cancer patients using cutting-edge methods in cognitive neuroscience. The purpose of this research study is to examine if and how cognition changes over the course of breast cancer treatment, and to explore the multitude of factors, including demographics (e.g., age, education), psychosocial experiences (e.g., stress, depressive symptoms), physical symptoms (e.g., fatigue, inflammation), and brain architecture, that might predict individual cognitive change. I assist in screening patients and running trials during the MRI screening.

As a part of the Roberton's community summer program, I was selected to work at Delta Health Center, the first community health center that was established in America. While there, I assisted in writing grant applications for the 2022 cycle related to reproductive health and food insecurity. I helped organize events relating to food insecurity within the Mississippi Delta population. Additionally, I collaborated with both an OB/GYN and Pediatrician to create infographics related to their respective fields.
