AMS Renatus Investing focuses on strategic investments of SFHs and multi-family properties. The investments also play a role in targeted revitalization, as the company is actively involved in grass roots community engagement building strong relationships with the surrounding community members.

POTER Inc. is a 501(c)3 that provides educational outreach to individuals and families, eliminating the barrier of transportation by providing orientations and classes directly at the housing complex where families reside through an extensive collaborative network of for-profit, non-profit, churches, schools, universities, government agencies, and private volunteers. Support programs include ESL, Citizenship, tutoring, youth mentoring, financial literacy, life skills training, hospitality training, and much more. Programs and services are provided on a rotating schedule, but also on an "as-needed" basis. The programs and orientations are all aimed at providing a strong foundation for youth, adults, and seniors to faster integrate and become self- sufficient, thriving and engaged community members.

This was a great business and sustainability conference that took place in Phoenix. In 2013, seventeen Arizona cities were involved. I interviewed the Mayors and these interviews culminated in a video presentation. I was also instrumental in coordinating the Student Ambassador Program and monitoring all of the college students involved. In 2014 my role expanded to building the interview material for the video for 25 Arizona cities and also took on the management of the on-site two-day event, seeing to it that all things flowed from registration to presentations. In 2015, my role is changing into a much broader scope as I move into the International sector. My responsibility will be to manage the International outreach for 2015 and the goal for VerdeXchange Arizona 2015 is to bring 20 countries to the event with their businesses.
