Our Sales Team is working to grow sales with existing customers and develop additional sales with new customers.

Responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships with distributors. Assists customers with new orders, price quotes, advises of status of orders in process, furnishes information on new products, and sends product literature. Processes returns and maintains standing order and blanket order contracts. Courteously and promptly resolves customer questions and problems or properly refers them to appropriate personnel. Completes related records, reports, and documentation. Performs miscellaneous clerical duties as required. Work closely with Sales Representative(s) to meet our customer’s needs.

• Promoted from a Server to a Management position within a few months of employment.• Duties include: preparing schedules for majority of the staff, hiring, firing, providing support and training new Servers, Bussers and Hostess.• Utilized past experiences in the service industry to write a 52 page Company Server Manual.• Educate staff members on how to successfully increase guest check averages.• Responsible for opening and closing down a $4 million Rock Garden/Comfort Suites property at the end of the day; as well as, being accountable for all Server, Bartenders and Hostess banks. • Collaborated with other Managers to make certain renovations of the bar and restaurant area were on schedule and the location was adequately prepared for the reopening.
