Welcome to my page which gives an overview of Élan Coaching, ART in Coaching and what I do. I am an APECS Accredited Master Executive Coach, an accredited Master Supervisor with the Association for Caches and hold an EMCC ESQA Certificate in Supervision.I founded my executive coaching practice, Elan Coaching, in 2006 and then Art in Coaching in 2016 to share this transformational approach with other coaches who want to discover how using art deepens and enriches coaching conversations. As an Executive Coach my clients describe me as highly intuitive, insightful and challenging, and work with me to bring about personal change to enhance their performance in their role, think through key challenges and have space to think and reflect on key decisions they are making. For me the exploration clients go through is just as important as the goals we are working on as it is through this discovery process that clients make the shifts that bring about lasting success.I also work with leadership teams and run Leadership Thinking Spaces and provide bespoke development.Clients I have worked with include scientists, academics, legal professionals and clinicians as well IT and Financial Directors, and Chief Executives. The organisations I work with are also varied and include pharmaceuticals, legal firms, food distribution companies, universities, unitary councils, research councils and private clients.As a supervisor I work with independent and internal coaches both on a 1:1 and group basis creating a reflective and challenging space for coaches to think through issues, develop their coaching practice and be the best they can be for their clients. Through ‘Art in Coaching’ I also provide a programme of development for coaches seeking to develop art based coaching, as well as art based supervision and art based coaching.
