Joining the project team in the final stages prior to go-live to manage and execute the Change and Communications activities on the implementation of a new company wide technology system that will incorporate People Management, Work Force Management and Payroll needs for over 800 employees:Assess and refine the legacy change impact assessment to understand business wide impacts and key areas of focus. Assess and refine the legacy change and communications plan to ensure it is fit for purpose and meets stakeholder needs. Understand key stakeholder groups and communication methods.Design a fit for purpose internal intranet site where employees can access all support documentation.Develop identifiable project templates to be used for communicating the change.Develop all project communications and supporting collateral e.g. Key Messages, FAQ’s, Quick Fact Guides etc.Feed project content into existing channels for broader communications e.g. Senior Leader Calls, Newsletters etc.Deliver face to face training on the new technology system.Execute all project communications to stakeholder groups as per approved plan. Collaborate with internal communications teams to ensure alignment to company processes. Develop Hypercare plan to ensure the employees are supported in the initial stages of adapting to the new technology system. Develop Business Continuity Plan to ensure the company is supported in the event of a system emergency.

Managed a series of payroll related projects including and not limited to electronic time sheets, system technology change and payroll reporting: Carry out a thorough impact assessment to understand the change and impact to the business.Design and deliver a suitable communications plan that supports project outcomes and provides suitable communication activities to support employees through the change. Develop strong stakeholder relationships and open dialogue about milestones, requirements, and workload to ensure deadlines are met. Collaborate across business with experts to create best practice training manuals and onboarding processes for employees.Gain a thorough understanding of people data and processes to create a bespoke communications approach to support the payroll team.To improve efficiency in our fast-paced environment, I developed and implemented a communications information template to allow the project team to create quick notes that will be triaged and included in important communications where required.

Worked closely with the Group Finance and Treasury Services business on modernising and simplifying their banking and payments infrastructure, supporting the implementation of a new banking and payments platform and the introduction of a single banking provider, across multiple businesses in our Australia region, impacting over 1000 internal and external customers:Support Senior Change Manager in development and delivery of change strategy, impact assessment and ongoing stakeholder management.Design and deliver multiple bespoke communication & training plans and supporting collateral across the Australia business.Develop and implement project branding to ensure cohesion and consistency in communications.Design, develop and maintain a dedicated internal customer facing share point site where teams could access the latest information and supporting documentation. Collaborated with third-party designer to develop a project video, used in multiple settings to showcase this multilayered initiative in a fun and consumable way.Design, develop and manage monthly newsletter, issued to over 80 stakeholders. Work proactively with stream leads to maintain a strong level of understanding to ensure clear and concise explanation of their stream updates in the monthly project newsletter.

A team member of the Business Improvement Global Change Function provided the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including finance business transformation and outsourcing, technology system integration, workplace relocation, cyber security and COVID19 response. Whilst each brought a different lens the fundamental focus was ensuring our people were informed and supported through the change: Worked collaboratively with Senior Change Managers in executing global change management strategies, with a focus on developing and delivering bespoke communications plans and internal / external collateral.Designed and implemented a robust communications review and approval process within the Change Function, ensuring clear oversight by stakeholders and alignment with Lendlease broader language. Worked proactively with other project streams and maintained a strong level of understanding of integrated project plan and key deliverables.Developed and fostered strong stakeholder relationships at all levels of seniority whilst learning and understanding the different cultural nuances across our Regions.

The Sustainability Reporting Program delivered a technology reporting tool to improve the collection and reconciliation process of sustainability data across Lendlease globally, impacting over 1500 people:Support Change Manager in development and delivery of change strategy, impact & stakeholder assessment, communication & training plan.Assess and manage the change impact and readiness for impacted stakeholder groups.Proactively track and report on progress against change program including critical path, delays, dependency management etc. and provide progress reports of change management activities and tasks. Design, develop and implement training module for impacted employees across Australia, Asia, Europe and America.Develop and execute an engaging global communications campaign, utilising third party film crew and Lendlease senior leaders to deliver a series of short videos to clearly communicate this important initiate to our people.

Lendlease’s new global head office in Barangaroo, Sydney where over 2500 employees shifted to a new Team Based Working environment and a high profile and in-depth Change program was required:Coordinated workshops, bringing together internal and external multidisciplinary stakeholder groups including A-level senior executives, architects, consultants, and contractors etc. and collated information that influenced the broader project brief and final project and design strategies.Worked proactively with other project streams such as Design, Change, Health and Wellbeing and Relocations to assist in final design strategies and key project outcomes and approvals.Project managed the build & fit out of the Barangaroo ‘Nextplace Worklab’ pilot office. Worked with the Change stream and partnered with PwC to develop a series of strategic operating plans to support and run the pilot office.Facilitated individual and team relocation's across multiple sites into the pilot office, and together with the Change stream managed the space in accordance with the operating plans. Coordinated and ran tours of the pilot space, showcasing the new team based working environment providing a positive experience for over 6000 Lendlease employees.Collated data and facilitated surveys to assess progress on individual experiences etc.
