• Monitor drilling operations' reports for multiple wells daily
• Maintain the filing system for the drilling department, prepare well files, monitor and analyze data, audit daily drilling reports ensuring accurate information is input to government and company standards
• Report to the well site supervisors on data input requirements for drilling reports, collaborate with field personnel and vendors
• Provide administration support for the Drilling Team, organizing correspondence and mail outs
• Projects cost tracking, data entry invoices using Wellview software, review invoices and process invoices for payment
• Assist lead drilling coordinator in sharing learnings from one project to another at the field level. I.e. Safety, Quality, Cost, Schedule

Auditing company’s expense reports, process wire payments and daily cheques runs, process tax payments, printing and mailing cheques. Receiving daily mail and matching invoices and purchase orders, coding invoices to specific departments.

• Review invoices and company expense reports for accuracy
• Data entry of high volume of invoices using Wellview software
• Code invoices to specific departments
• Monitor expenses/costs for the project
• Settle Accounts Payable discrepancies and handle inquires with vendors by reviewing statements, communicate with vendors
• Maintain the filing system for the drilling department, collect and file all required reports in accurate manner
